• Prices are for monthly billing. Yearly billing is 15% cheaper: Basic $153, Advanced $204, Premium $714 and Business $4,284 a year.
• The pricing page says its prices are for reference only and that the app shows the exact prices; payments are made only inside the app.
• Seats are the account owner plus the 'Team member' accounts the pricing page lists: 0 on Free, 1 on Basic and Advanced, 10 on Premium, 20 on Business. The page tooltip describes them as other accounts the main account can create. Extra members are not priced on the page.
• Paid cloud plans cap new profiles created per day at twice the profile limit (Basic 60, Advanced 200, Premium 2,000, Business 26,000). Devices allowed to log in: 1 on Free, Basic and Advanced, 10 on Premium, 20 on Business.
• Local plans keep profiles on the user's device and list unlimited profiles, so they are not in the plan list: $45 for 30 days, $180 for 180 days and $320 for 365 days (1 device, no team members); a 15-day Starter at $25 (shown as 50% off $49); lifetime licences at $500 (5 users) and $700 (10 users).
• A Customized tier (any profile count, team size or device count) has no price and is sold through support.
