- Seats count the admin account plus the free sub-accounts: the pricing page lists 5, 10 and 20, and the help center says Solo equals 6 accounts.
- The pricing page shows 25% off annual payment on every plan but no yearly prices; the help center says packages are charged monthly and that quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment is arranged through customer service.
- Profiles are the number stored at once, shared by the admin account and sub-accounts; creating new ones is not limited.
